Information We Collect

When you create a profile in the App, we collect the following information:

• Name — used to personalise your experience and display on leaderboards/rankings
• State — used to show state-wise rankings and deliver state-specific current affairs content relevant to your region
• Preferred Language — used to display content in your chosen language (Telugu or English)
• Phone Number — optional, collected only if you choose to provide it; used solely for account identification purposes

How We Use Your Data

The information collected through your profile is used exclusively for:

• Rankings & Leaderboards — displaying your name and state in quiz score rankings
• Language Personalisation — serving content in Telugu or English based on your preference
• State-specific content — delivering current affairs and GK questions relevant to your state's competitive exams
• App improvement — understanding which languages and regions are most active

We do not use your data for advertising profiling, behavioural tracking, or any purpose beyond the above.

Data Storage

Your profile data (name, state, language preference, and optional phone number) is stored securely in Google Firebase / Firestore. Quiz content and current affairs questions are also served from Firestore.

App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

This version of the App does not use advertising SDKs (such as Google AdMob) and does not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA).

No tracking permission will be requested from you.

Payments & Subscriptions

This version of the App does not include in-app purchases or payment processing. No financial information is collected or stored.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service:

• Google Firebase / Firestore — for content delivery and secure profile data storage. Firebase's own privacy terms apply for platform-level diagnostics.

No advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or data brokers are integrated in this release.

Children's Privacy

The App is designed for students preparing for competitive exams. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 without parental consent.

Profile creation requires a name and state — no sensitive information. Phone number is strictly optional and not required for any core feature.

Data Security

All data is transmitted securely over HTTPS and stored in Google Firebase, which uses industry-standard encryption and access controls.

We do not share your profile data with any external parties. Access to Firestore is restricted to the app's backend only.

Your Rights — Data Deletion

You have full control over your profile data:

• Edit — You can update your name, state, or language from within the app at any time
• Delete — To delete your profile and all associated data, contact us at the email below and we will remove it within 7 days
• Optional data — Phone number is never mandatory; you may leave it blank or ask us to remove it

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as new features (such as ads or subscriptions) are added in future versions. Any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date on this page and within the App Store listing.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
